Using Maya, I extruded the faces of a sphere and created a top-like shape.
In illustrator I laid out the files that Pepakura created and arranged the valley and mountain folds as well as the numbers that would be printed on the cardboard.
I imported it into Rhino and arranged them to fit on a 48''x48'' sheet of cardboard.
Using Loctite, I attached all of the pieces together by matching all of the numbers up together.
