Jon Hartman-Wooden Waffle Structure

In Rhino, I modeled a form for the basis of my sculpture.  In retrospect, it occurs to me that it slightly resembles Admiral Ackbar from Star Wars.  I suppose it is fitting, given my intention to design an alien-like form.

I assembled the laser-cut wooden pieces into a final sculpture.  I'm not entirely happy with the end result.  My initial design isn't very accurately represented by the waffle form.
