Throughout this quarter I created multiple pieces derived from my first creation. Ralph. Ralph started as a small clay sculpture that was then laser scanned for our first project. he then took form in many different mediums. These included serial sliced plywood that was then ground and shaped as a larger sculpture, a pepakura model taken from the rhino model, and finally a small 3D printing. i plan to move ahead with Ralph and cast aluminum pieces the size of paper weights. it was a really fun project that I really enjoyed throughout the quarter.
